Kate Moss, the world’s most famous supermodel, is raising the next batch of It girls (and guys) in a pack of uniquely beautiful youths. Moss advanced from model to model agent when she opened Kate Moss Agency in 2016. She left Storm Models after 27 years and, instead of joining a rival agency, decided to create her own. She now runs the British talent agency based in London, and is dedicated to using her unique connections and expert industry knowledge to create the next generation of stars.

The resurgence of the romanticized ’90s will not quit, and grunge queen Kate Moss is as relevant now as she was then. She’s developing and nurturing talent by providing personal management tailored to each individual she works with.The supermodel turned businesswoman is harnessing her personal brand power to hone in on managing people’s careers rather than strictly running a modeling agency. Moss is basically a talent scout, emphasizing things like singing, dancing, and acting over simply being pretty.
She currently manages 4 cool kids and is guiding them through the path of stardom in her footsteps. The new all-star lineup includes Anna-Lea Gardner who made her runway debut this Resort season with Prada, and was voted among the top-ten new models to look out for by Vogue. Luka Isaac was dubbed King of Paris nightlife by i-D. Louis Baines just landed a campaign for Topman, and Elfie Reigate, the daughter of model Rosemary Ferguson, debuted in an Alexander McQueen show.

Moss is also embracing social media for the first time ever. She created @katemossagency on Instagram in order to promote her protégés, and has amassed over 627K followers.
