ARCADE BEAUTY ACQUIRES SUITE-K FRAGRANCE BUSINESS

Arcade Beauty has acquired Suite-K’s fragrance business including its operating assets and capabilities.

WHO: Suite-K was founded in 2008 by Kathleen Croddick, specializing in product research and development offering comprehensive and customizable services. Capabilities includes filling and manufacturing of fragrances, creams, lotions, hair care, and personal care cosmetics.

Arcade Beauty is a privately held company in New York City with a history of delivering endless beauty sampling possibilities.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS: “Arcade Beauty is the perfect choice for this transfer of assets,” said Kathleen Croddick, founder and CEO of Suite-K. “The sale will permit us to concentrate resources on areas of strategic business focus while providing a great new home for our people and the exceptional work they do.”

  • Arcade Beauty acquires Suite-K’s fragrance business.
  • The terms of the transaction were not released.
  • The transaction allows Arcade to take over a nearly 80,000-square-foot fragrance blending and production facility along with equipment in Dayton, NJ.
  • Suite-K will refocus on their beauty and personal care contracting business.
