Aman Resorts are synonymous with luxury, and their new skincare ranges follows suit. Founded in 1988 with a vision of creating intimate retreats with the graciousness and hospitality of a private home, their first resort Amanpuri in Phuket, Thailand, has grown to 33 exquisite properties around the globe.
The Aman brand has now launched a collection of 30 products inspired by the various Aman destinations and representative of the sense of calm and beguiling architecture of the properties. The brand tapped acclaimed architect Kengo Kuma to blend these attributes with the brand’s Eastern roots into the packaging for the range that reimagines Japanese porcelain.
The Aman Skincare collection inspires a journey that reflects the natural setting of the Aman locations across three collections: Grounding, Purifying, and Nourishing. The varying landscapes of the properties informed the use of natural and pure ingredients in the formulations. In conjunction with the skincare launch, each Aman resort has introduced new signature spa treatments.
Vladislav Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman, comments, “Aman has always delivered a transforming and holistic spa experience, one made all the more profound by the meditative yet dramatic surroundings of our resorts. As a pioneer of resort spas, we are experts in the field of wellness. Creating a bespoke range of skincare products was a natural step [to] inner evolution and is born of many years of experience and research.”
