Vaultier7 has made a multimillion-pound investment in Dr. Yannis Alexandrides’ luxury skincare brand 111Skin, as reported by WWD.

WHO: Founded by London-based plastic surgeon Dr. Yannis Alexandrides, 111Skin was created from a desire to optimize patients’ healing following surgical or nonsurgical treatments at his cosmetic surgery clinic at 111 Harley Street in London. The collection consists of seven ranges aimed at cultivating skin health. The brand is currently sold at Harrods, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Violet Grey, Joyce, and Mecca as well as online retailers Net-a-Porter and Cult Beauty.

Founded by dealmakers Anna Sweeting and Montse Suarez, and backed by elite investors, Vaultier7 (V7) is the UK’s first specialist investment fund dedicated to partnering high-growth category creators and disruptors in the converging sectors of Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Wellness, and Lifestyle. Their portfolio includes influencer haircare brand Gisou and family care brand Joone.

IN THEIR OWN WORDS: “This is the perfect time to partner with an ambitious, like-minded investor that can cement 111Skin’s position as leaders in luxury innovation. We are thrilled to announce a new partnership with Vaultier7,” the skincare brand told WWD.

111Skin’s Chief Executive Officer Eva Alexandridis said V7 “shares our passion for inclusive beauty and sustainable growth strategies, aligning with our vision of global expansion and pushing our category offerings to match consumer demand.”

“We are so excited to embark on the next chapter of 111Skin’s journey with them, which will include an aesthetic center of excellence, sustainability and philanthropic initiatives, and international expansion.”
