Amelia Knight, a UK-headquartered manufacturer of private-label and branded cosmetics, has acquired Longshawe Packaging.
WHO: Longshawe Packaging is a producer of cosmetic and personal care products.
Amelia Knight is a private-label manufacturer with two decades of experience providing end-to-end solutions for beauty brands. The business also has a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands across skincare, color. and gifting.
WHY: The acquisition will enable Amelia Knight to significantly increase its own capabilities to manufacture cosmetics, including oils, haircare, male grooming, and skincare products, from within the UK while also complementing its existing facilities in Hangzhou, China.
