Maria understands all aspects of the industry since she held numerous senior-level positions where she started her career at CIT, including underwriting, portfolio management and new business development. Prior to joining Rosenthal, Maria held numerous senior-level positions at CIT over the course of 22 years, most recently as Deputy Sales Manager.

Maria is a board member of the Western Chapter of the SFNET and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and is active in many philanthropic organizations, including the fashion and retail chapter of City of Hope and National Jewish Health. She has a BA and MBA in Finance, Management and Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
