Ransley spent the beginning of his career working consumer-focused private equity groups including TSG Consumer Partners, L Catterton, and AEA. In 2020 Ransley co-founded Patina brands, an investment vehicle, exclusively focused in early-stage beauty and wellness brands. The current portfolio includes Maude, Perfumer H, Faculty, 19-6 fragrances, and others. For the past few years Ransley also advised on US growth and operational strategies for funded beauty startups such as Boy Smells, WelleCo, Grown Alchemist, and Cannuka.
