2M Holdings Ltd expands in cosmetics ingredients in France with the acquisition of Ingretech SAS.

WHO: Ingretech was established 6 years ago by Aline Serre, Aldo Ravanelli, Alfredo Rocchi, and Sergio Sala as a specialty ingredient and formulation distribution business supplying French cosmetics producers. Ingretech is the distributor in France of KahlWax, Innospec, Worlée-Chemie, Sandream Impact, Ephyla, Chemyunion, Grace Technology, and Heroflon.

The 2M Holdings group of companies is a portfolio of strong brand life and material science-based companies, supplying chemicals and application know-how worldwide for a multitude of industries including the Personal Care, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Water Utility industries. Entrepreneur founded in 2004, the group is privately owned.

DETAILS:

  • Following the acquisition, Aline Serre will remain as shareholder and Managing Director of Ingretech along with her experienced team.
  • 2M Holdings will provide support for further growth in France via Surfachem, its Personal Care, HI&I, and Pharma company.
