900.care Lands €​10 Million in Seed Funding

After a crowdfunding campaign last July on Ulule, 900.care landed its first funding round of €​10 million euros with participation from White Star Capital, Founders Future, 360 Capital, and business angels.

WHO: The market for refillable skincare products is still in its infancy in France. 900.care, created in 2019 by Thomas Arnaudo and Aymeric Grange and incubated at Station F, offers ecological, natural, and refillable bathroom products. The company's recipe is simple: remove the water from the hygiene products.

WHY: The funding will be used to increase the development capacities of the business.

DETAILS:

  • 900.care landed its first funding round of €​10 million with participation from White Star Capital, Founders Future, 360 Capital, and business angels.
  • The brand secured nearly 8,000 customers on crowdfunding platforms Ulule and Kisskissbankbank, representing 67,000 pre-sold products and a turnover of nearly $473,000 last July. The brand acquired 20,000 online customers since it launched last December and recently expanded in 135 Monoprix for a 6-month exclusive.
