She is based in Shanghai and reports directly to Asia President Alia Gogi.Shiseido Americas has named Emmie Salaj its Chief Operating Officer at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. Salaj will undertake this new position in addition to her current role as General Manager of Tory Burch Beauty. Her previous roles at Shiseido Americas included Global EVP, BareMinerals, and Buxom. She also served as SVP, US Sales, Marketing and Education for several of Shiseido’s global brands. Before joining Shiseido Americas in 2015, Salaj held leadership positions in marketing and sales at LVMH and at L’Oréal USA.
