UK-based Artah Nutrition raised £2.9 million in a seed funding round led by French investment firm Five Seasons Ventures.WHO: Rhian Stephenson, a nutritional therapist and naturopath, founded Artah Nutrition in 2021 with the goal of helping customers feel and live better through clinical-grade food supplements and nutrition programs. Artah’s range of supplements has grown to a full collection focusing on energy, metabolism, digestive health, and cognitive function, claiming “clinically proven, bioavailable actives with targeted dosages to achieve maximum results.” The brand is available DTC and at select retail partners including Selfridges and Whole Foods Market.WHY: The capital will be used to accelerate growth and drive new product development, including expansion into new channels and an EU launch next year.IN THEIR OWN WORDS: Five Seasons founding partner Niccolò Manzoni said, "Artah is a first mover in the metabolic health category and has the knowledge and vision to become the category leader in the space.
