Cover FX has also established its CosMedic Clinics at several prestigious dermatology institutions throughout North America.WHY: The brand cited “new challenges,” including “tariffs and a global shifting market” and shared that it will begin to “wind down business” on Instagram.DETAILS:AS Beauty is shutting down CoverFX.The business underwent a significant rebrand and relaunch in 2024. CoverFX products, meanwhile, will be available direct-to-consumer and on Amazon while supplies last. AS Beauty acquired Cover FX in 2022, joining a portfolio that included Geller Beauty, Mally Beauty, Bliss, and Julep Beauty.In 2011, L Catterton acquired a majority stake in Cover FX for an undisclosed amount.
