Perelman, who was appointed as the brand’s first female President and Chief Executive Officer in 2018, will stay on and serve as an advisor to the company for a transition period to “ensure smooth transition.”The role of interim Chief Executive will be undertaken by Elizabeth A. Smith, effective immediately. Smith has served as Executive Chair of the Revlon board of directors since May 2023 and will continue in that role. Before that, Smith was Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and President of Avon Products, Inc.Pat Saxby leaves Bergdorf Goodman after close to three decades with the company, retiring from her role as Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager of Cosmetics and Fragrances. Angela Welcome will transition into the role of Director and Associate Divisional Merchandise Manager for Cosmetics and Fragrances, reporting to Yumi Shin, Chief Merchandising Officer.India's cosmetics-to-fashion retailer Nykaa sees six executives, including the marketing head, resign since April. The exits include that of Chief Marketing Officer Shalini Raghavan, with Nykaa's founder and CEO Falguni Nayar stepping up to take direct oversight of that function.
