Wonnda, the Berlin-based B2B platform that connects brands and European manufacturers in the consumer goods industry, has secured €1 million in pre-seed funding.
WHO: Founded in early 2022 by Martin Ditzel and Oliver Allmoslechner, Wonnda aims to streamline how consumer brands and suppliers collaborate to bring new products to the market. By combining elements of a B2B marketplace with an end-to-end workflow tool, Wonnda positions itself as the ecosystem where new consumer products are built. The platform offers a fully digital product sourcing solution, enabling brands and B2B buyers to discover new products, submit tenders, and manage supplier relationships efficiently in one central spot. Manufacturers benefit from a digital storefront, where they showcase their production capabilities, receive requests, or participate in tenders. Wonnda offers an integrated messaging and project management tool that streamlines project collaboration between all parties, addressing the pain points associated with manual and error-prone product sourcing processes.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS: “We experienced how cumbersome the process of sourcing and launching new physical products is ourselves. Many of the processes haven’t changed in 20 years and brands are still dependent on attending physical tradeshows, followed by inefficient email collaboration,” says Oliver Allmoslechner, co-founder of Wonnda.
“Wonnda is the all-in-one solution for building new products, enabling manufacturers to focus on their core competencies while brands get a central interface to hundreds of factories, so they can have all their products manufactured without leaving the platform,” summarizes Martin Ditzel.
“Our vision is to build the global ecosystem, where brands use Wonnda as their single source of truth when it comes to launching and scaling their product lines,” concludes Allmoslechner.
