Beauty Success Group continues to expand with the acquisition of a 75% stake in Beauty One Paris.
WHO: Beauty One Paris was founded in 1995 and consists of beauty and slimming concepts Physiomins and Relooking, and equipment business High Tech Aesthetics. The business has 140 beauty centers and institutes, 40 of which are international.
Founded in 1995, family-owned Beauty Success Group is a portfolio that brings together five brands—Beauty Success, Esthetic Center, Para Pharmacie, Beauty Sisters, and Maison Nicole Georges, with more than 520 points of sale before this transaction, and the fourth-largest perfumery group in France.
WHY: This deal provides Beauty Success Group with additional expertise in slimming techniques as well as a new dimension to the future prospects of its network on the aesthetic market.
