Eternal Beauty, known as “China's first perfume stock,” listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26, sparking investor excitement in the market.WHO: Founded in 1987, Eternal Beauty Holdings is focused on the retail, wholesale, and distribution of beauty and personal care products, particularly perfumes, in China, including Hong Kong and Macau. Its sales and distribution network consists of direct sales channels, retailer channels, and distribution channels reaching over 7,500 points of sale in more than 400 cities in China.Their distribution portfolio of 66 brands includes names like Hermes, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Coach. Based on 2023 sales, Eternal Beauty is the largest perfume brand management company in the market.WHY: The funds raised from the IPO will be used to expand their own brands, acquire or invest in external brands, and accelerate their digital transformation.DETAILS:Eternal Beauty Holdings listed under the ticker HKG:6883 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 26 at HK$2.88 ($0.37).The company raised HK$960 million ($123 million) with net proceeds of HK$883 million ($113 million).In FY2025, the company reported revenue of HK$2.08 billion ($267 million) and net profit of HK$227 million ($29 million), with over 80% of sales from perfume.
