Another month, another announcement of layoffs, VG Group announced a reorganization across HSN, QVC US and its Global Shared Services Team which will result in the elimination of about 900 roles. Executive moves slowed down this month among beauty conglomerates, but there was plenty of movement among high-growth indies as they shore up their leadership ranks.Sephora Chief Executive Officer Guillaume Motte has taken charge of its operations in China. Alia Gogi, who was appointed President of Sephora Asia in 2020, resigned near the end of last year for family reasons, and Motte began directly overseeing the Greater China region at about the same time.Shana Randhava, Senior Vice President of The Estée Lauder Companies' New Incubation Ventures (NIV), is leaving the company. Before NIV, Shana led the New Business Development team, shaping and executing ELC’s M&A strategy, which included By Kilian, Too Faced, Dr.Jart+, and Deciem, as well as the Balmain Beauty licensing deal and the investment in Forest Essentials.Natalie Myers has a new position as Vice President, Community Relations & Corporate Communications at L'Oréal. Myers previously held the role of Head of Communications & Engagement, L'Oréal West. She is stepping into the leading L'Oréal West role as Carol Hamilton is set to retire.L’Oréal has appointed Damien Favre as President of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty for North America. Damien succeeds Tina Fair, who has transitioned into the role of President of L'Oréal's Consumer Products Division (CPD), Favre joins LDB following his leadership of the CPD in L'Oréal's Latin America Zone.
