Forma Brands, the portfolio company behind Morphe, also eliminated 23 positions across social media, creative, marketing, influencer relations, and communications.Andrew Stanleick will depart Hydrafacial owner BeautyHealth as President and Chief Executive Officer and relinquish his board seat. Marla Beck, a company board director and Bluemercury founder, will step in as interim CEO while the company completes a formal search for a permanent successor.Scott Settersten will retire as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary after nearly 20 years with Ulta Beauty, effective April 1, 2024. Paula Oyibo, Senior Vice President of Finance, will succeed Settersten as CFO and will report to Dave Kimbell, Chief Executive Officer.Pascal Houdayer is departing Orveon as Chief Executive Officer. He was brought on to lead the then-newly formed Orveon in the summer of 2021, after its parent company, Advent International, acquired BareMinerals, Laura Mercier, and Buxom from Shiseido Americas for $700 million.Credo co-founder and COO Annie Jackson has been appointed to CEO by the Board of Directors. Stuart Millar, who joined Credo in early 2022, has left the company to pursue another opportunity.Freddy Bharucha has been named Procter & Gamble’s first President, North America Personal Care and Beauty operations. Bharuchas has served as the company’s Senior Vice President for its North America personal care division and Old Spice global brand franchise for five years.
