Giuliani accelerates growth in the trichology and dermatology segments with the acquisition of Laboratoires Bailleul.WHO: Founded in 1949, Laboratoires Bailleul is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and marketing of pharmaceutical products, food supplements, and dermocosmetic products. The company operates through a network of direct subsidiaries in France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, Greece, and the Czech Republic, complemented by two extra-European hubs in Hong Kong and Mexico, as well as an international distributor network, particularly active in China and the Middle East.Giuliani Pharma is an Italian pharmaceutical company with a heritage that dates back to 1889, when Dr. Germano Giuliani acquired the Antica Farmacia del Lazzaretto in Milan, which marked the start of its scientific endeavors. The entity was incorporated as Giuliani S.p.A. in 1942. Over its long history, Giuliani has developed expertise in gastroenterological, dermatological, and trichological fields, and holds numerous patents across Europe and beyond.
