Hallstar Beauty Acquires Sytheon

Chicago-based Hallstar Beauty, a leading provider of ingredients and technologies, has acquired active ingredient supplier Sytheon.WHO: Parsippany, NJ–based Sytheon was founded by Ratan K. Chaudhuri, PhD, in 2006 after a decades-long career in industry and academia. Headquartered in New Jersey, with subsidiaries in France and Singapore, Sytheon’s active ingredients include Sytenol A, a 99%+ pure bakuchiol claimed to be the only REACH registered and China-allowed bakuchiol with a complete toxicology dossier.Hallstar Beauty, formed in Chicago in 1986, is a leading provider of ingredients and technologies for beauty and personal care.
