HPG Acquires Evans Manufacturing

Boston-based promotional products supplier HPG has acquired competitor Evans Manufacturing and is expanding manufacturing capabilities to Southern California and Nogales, Mexico.

WHO: Evans Manufacturing was established in 1983 as an injection-molding company primarily focused on retail end markets and entered the promotional products industry in 1992. The company specializes in plastic and fabric products for the promotional product industry. In 2008, Evans expanded its operations to a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nogales, Mexico.

Founded in 2017, HPG is a top 10 supplier in the promotional products industry with over 15,000 SKUs from 11 leading specialist brands. HPG's distribution capabilities are unmatched, producing and shipping from nine facilities spanning North America.

WHY: The partnership brings new North American manufacturing capabilities into the HPG portfolio, adding Evans' facilities in Southern California and Nogales, Mexico.
