Look Fabulous Forever acquired Creative Cosmetics, a UK beauty manufacturer, for an undisclosed sum.
WHO: Established in 1987 by Alan Major and Paul Pepper, Creative Cosmetics has built a reputation for being one of the few color cosmetics manufacturers in the UK. Creative Cosmetics has built a reputation for being able to produce small runs with short lead times.
Look Fabulous Forever was founded in 2013 by Tricia Cusden as a beauty brand that provides pro-age cosmetics and skincare solutions for women 50+. The female-led business is committed to empowering older women and challenging societal beauty norms.
WHY: Creative Cosmetics is the primary manufacturer of Look Fabulous Forever’s makeup. The transaction will allow the brand to scale up the UK production volume. Most UK brands produce the majority of their color cosmetics in Italy or China, creating an unprecedented opportunity for growth in a post-Brexit landscape.
