WHO: Hwasung Cosmetics is an original design manufacturer (ODM) producing color cosmetics such as eyebrow products, supplying global major brands including L'Oréal and Estée Lauder as well as South Korean indie brands. Nowcos is an ODM specializing in skincare products.
