Its modern, automated industrial operations include distillation, extraction, resin-based processing, and molecular distillation.

Founded by Victor Mane in 1871, Mane is based in Le Bar-sur-Loup in southeastern France. The company remains wholly family-owned. It ranks first in France and in the top five globally with 52 research-and-development centers and 31 production sites worldwide and has more than 8,000 employees in 40 countries. The group is well-known for its natural aromatic ingredients and flavorings, as well as organic flavorings.
