Marubeni has acquired Etvos under its newly established Marubeni Consumer Platform Japan to build a beauty and health platform in Japan.WHO: Founded in 2007, Etvos is a Japanese skincare and cosmetics brand designed to be gentle on the skin, making it suitable for people with sensitive skin. Its product lineup includes mineral-based cosmetics and skincare products formulated to minimize burden on the skin. In addition to its official online store, Etvos operates multiple sales channels, including directly managed stores with dedicated beauty advisors and more than 700 retail locations nationwide.Marubeni Corporation is a sōgō shōsha (diversified conglomerate) headquartered in Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, founded in 1858 by Chubei Itoh. The Japanese conglomerate operates across wide-ranging fields including lifestyle, IT solutions, food, agribusiness, forest products, chemicals, metals & mineral resources, energy, power, infrastructure projects, aerospace & ship, finance, leasing & real estate business, construction, industrial machinery & mobility, next-generation business development, and next-generation corporate development.
