Aging doesn't start on your skin. It starts in your cells. For decades, beauty and wellness have operated as separate worlds. Consumers were expected to navigate aging through disconnected solutions. But that's not how the body works.

After decades as an integrative medical doctor, Dr. Lamees Hamdan kept coming back to one fundamental truth: everything is connected. The same factors influencing how we age—cellular energy, sleep, stress, and recovery—also influence how skin looks and performs. Timebeam was created to bridge that gap.

Built on our Holistic Skin Longevity philosophy, we developed Smart Skin Longevity Stacks with supplements and topical skincare in one connected inside and out system. Powered by clinically backed NAD+ boosting technologies and other proven ingredients, our products work together, delivering the right ingredient combinations, at the right levels, at the right time. This comes to life across the portfolio, including Skinbeam, powered by peptides, hyaluronic acid, and an NAD+ booster proven to reverse eight years of visible aging in six weeks.

By translating complex science into simplified, sensorial routines, we’re helping define skin longevity, where looking better today and aging better tomorrow are no longer separate goals.

Insights: Dr. Lamees Hamdan, Founder + CEO

Why now and why you?

As an integrative medical doctor, I've spent more than two decades studying how the body's systems work together. Whether I was looking at sleep, stress, hormones, nutrition, or cellular health, I kept arriving at the same conclusion: everything is connected.

What surprised me was that beauty and wellness were still operating as separate conversations. Consumers don't experience aging that way. The same factors that influence how we age also influence how our skin looks and performs, yet most solutions were designed to address only one piece of the puzzle.

Why now? Today, consumers are starting to connect those dots. They're looking beyond skincare alone and embracing a more holistic view of health, longevity, and beauty. At the same time, advances in longevity science are making it possible to support the biology of aging in ways that weren't available even a few years ago.

Timebeam Beauty exists at the intersection of those shifts, bringing beauty and wellness together through a connected inside and out approach designed to help people look better today and age better tomorrow.

What fuels your competitive advantage?

Our competitive advantage is fueled by our ability to connect beauty, wellness, and longevity in a way that is deeply informed by expertise. Timebeam was built around Holistic Skin Longevity, combining clinically backed skincare and supplements into one integrated system.

As an integrative medical doctor, I approach skin differently. Rather than asking how we can simply improve the appearance of skin, I ask what biological processes are influencing how skin functions over time. That mindset informs everything from our ingredient selection and circadian-based routines to our emphasis on longevity technologies like NAD+ boosters.

Ultimately, our advantage is not a single product. It's a philosophy, a system, and a belief that skin health is influenced by more than what you put on your face.

What’s your proudest accomplishment to date?

What makes me most proud is seeing consumers embrace a new way of thinking about skin aging. When I launched Timebeam, skin longevity was not a widely understood concept. Today, we're seeing consumers rethink the relationship between beauty, wellness, and aging, and recognize that how we sleep, manage stress, fuel our bodies, and care for our skin are all connected.

I'm also incredibly proud that we've remained true to our founding philosophy. In a crowded industry, we've stayed committed to simplifying complex science, creating products people genuinely enjoy using, and helping make longevity more accessible, approachable, and actionable in everyday life.

"Being early does not mean being wrong. Stay focused on the vision."
By Dr. Lamees Hamdan, Founder + CEO, Timebeam Beauty

What is the one thing you wish someone had told you?

I wish someone had told me that experience gives you the confidence to pursue what others may not see yet, but it doesn't necessarily make category creation move any faster.

Having built brands before, I knew how to create products. What I had to trust with Timebeam was my bigger instinct: that beauty and wellness were converging, that consumers were ready to think differently, and that skin longevity could become the new way forward.

What would you tell your past self before starting this journey?

If I could speak to my past self, I would say: trust your gut. Being early does not mean being wrong. Stay focused on the vision, keep listening, and trust that the category will eventually catch up to what you already know is possible.

What does success look like in the next 3-5 years?

Success for me is seeing skin longevity become the new standard in beauty, not the latest trend. I want to see a world where consumers no longer think about beauty and wellness as separate conversations. Where people understand that how they sleep, manage stress, nourish their bodies, and care for their skin are all connected. I also hope to see the professional community embrace a more holistic view of skin aging, one that looks beyond what is happening on the surface alone.

If, in five years, we've helped shift the conversation from anti-aging to skin longevity while building a trusted global brand that changes the way people think about aging, I would consider that meaningful success.

What's one industry trend that is overhyped, and what's being overlooked?

Ironically, I think longevity is becoming overhyped. The term is everywhere, but it's often used as a catchall for better aging without much clarity around what that actually means.

What's being overlooked is the interconnected nature of aging itself. We still tend to separate beauty, wellness, sleep, stress, nutrition, and cellular health into different conversations when they're deeply connected. Consumers don't experience aging in categories, yet many products and solutions are still built that way. The opportunity isn't to make longevity a bigger buzzword. It's to make the science more practical, actionable, and relevant to everyday life.

How do you think the industry needs to evolve?

I believe beauty needs to become more interconnected. For too long, beauty, wellness, and health have operated as separate conversations. Consumers don't experience aging that way, and increasingly they don't shop that way either. The future belongs to brands that recognize those connections and can translate them into solutions that are both scientifically grounded and easy to incorporate into everyday life.

I also believe we need to move beyond fear-based messaging around aging. Aging is a privilege. The goal shouldn't be to fight it or fear it. The goal should be to help people look and feel their best today while supporting how their skin ages tomorrow.

If you could wave a magic wand, what one wish would you make for your business?

If I could wave a magic wand, I would help people see aging differently. I would love for more consumers to understand that aging well is about more than treating what's visible on the surface. Sleep, stress, nutrition, cellular health, and skincare all play a role in how we look and feel over time. When people understand those connections, they realize they have more influence over how their skin ages than they may have thought. My hope is that Timebeam can help shift that perspective and empower people with the tools to take a more proactive, holistic approach to skin health and longevity.
