Safic-Alcan acquired Anders, a regional specialty chemical distributor and leader in South America.WHO: Established in 1964, Anders is under the third-generation leadership of Peter Anders Hornung. Anders is a leading regional distributor of specialty chemicals, food ingredients, consumables, and equipment. The company, headquartered in Lima, Peru, also has offices in Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia, and Argentina, as well as operations in Uruguay and Paraguay.Safic-Alcan is a global distributor of specialty chemicals, headquartered in Paris La Défense, with 38 offices and over 850 employees.
