The clean fragrance brand Sana Jardin raised $2 million in new capital from existing investors to fuel expansion.
WHO: Launched in 2017, Sana Jardin is a socially conscious, luxury fragrance house founded by Amy Christiansen to help flower harvesters create and sell products from organic waste. The brand has a range of 11 fragrances and a selection of candles created by master perfumer Carlos Benaïm and made by IFF. The brand is sold in 160 stockists in 23 countries including Credo, Bluemercury, Liberty, Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette, and Selfridges.
WHY: The fresh funding will be used to expand Sana Jardin’s geographic reach and cooperative business model from Morocco to more countries, including Egypt and India. Investment will be made to update the branding, website, and marketing.
