Silber Equity acquired Alpha Skincare, expanding its growing portfolio of beauty brands.
WHO: Alpha Skincare is a DTC skincare brand offering a results-driven range of products based on formulas leveraging the power of glycolic Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs).
Sol Silberstein ventured into the beauty industry initially distributing existing beauty brands. In collaboration with Joe Indig, a marketer and executor, they co-founded Silber Equity in 2020 to acquire and revitalize beauty brands. Their portfolio consists of Alpha Skincare Anthony, bioClarity, and Shaveworks.
