The innovative UK-based skincare brand SBTRCT has been acquired by its manufacturer T&H Marketing.WHO: Founded by former Bulldog Skincare Managing Director Ben Grace in 2020, the sustainable skincare brand SBTRCT (pronounced "subtract") was born out of one guiding principle: less is more. The solid-state skincare products are waterless, palm oil–free, vegan, and cruelty-free. The brand is sold at Harrods and John Lewis.UK-based T&H Marketing has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, bringing brands to life through its end-to-end product development service. They specialize in solid and liquid products, offering contract manufacturing, contract filling, and packaging.WHY: SBTRCT founder Ben Grace shared in a LinkedIn post, "It is no secret however that the consumer products investment landscape has become extremely challenging in recent years. The timing of this has come just at the point when we were looking to scale and build out the SBTRCT offering and bring our award-winning products to a wider audience while having the positive impact on the environment that I had envisaged. Achieving those aims, in this market, standing on our own is not practicable.
