The Autajon Group has made a second acquisition this year, adding Royston Labels to its portfolio and solidifying its UK market presence.
WHO: Founded in 1984, British company Royston Labels is a manufacturer of self-adhesive labels for various market sectors such as cosmetics and toiletries, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and wines and spirits, as well as confectionery and food specialties.
The French family‐owned Autajon Group has been one of Europe's leading packaging manufacturers for almost 60 years, supplying product packages and labels for cosmetics and perfume brands such as Chanel, Christian Dior, and Chloé. The group has a presence in 12 European countries, the US, China, and South Korea. Autajon Group has 41 member companies and produces more than 4.5 billion folding cartons and 21.5 billion labels annually.
WHY: The deal reinforces the Autajon Group's local presence in the UK and marks a significant milestone in its growth journey.
