O’Keeffe joined Aesop in 2023 when it was still a small business with a staff of about 10.Israel Assa, the Estée Lauder Companies’ Global President of Travel Retail Worldwide, has stepped down after 23 years with the conglomerate. He has been replaced by Olivier Dubos, who will take on the role of SVP and GM of Travel Retail Worldwide.Patrick Chalhoub steps down as CEO of the Chalhoub Group, making way for the third generation to step into leadership. Michael Chalhoub has been named Chief Executive Officer while Patrick Chalhoub will become Executive Chairman.Tata Harper stepped down as President of her namesake brand she co-founded with her husband Henry in 2010 as the internal integration with Amorepacific nears completion. She will transition into a new role as co-founder and brand ambassador of Tata Harper Skincare.Amorepacific named Shay Bennaim as Tata Harper Skincare's Global Brand President. Most recently he was the General Manager, North America of Le Labo. Prior to his role at Estée Lauder, he owned fragrance company Bennaim and served as Vice President of Sales and Go-To-Market strategy at Coty.Unilever-owned Nutrafol has appointed Cindy Gustafson as CEO, succeeding co-founder Giorgos Tsetis, who will enter the newly established role of Chairman. He will also advise Unilever’s broader Wellbeing portfolio.
