Its sixth acquisition since the beginning of 2025, Turpaz Industries acquired Nicola-J, strengthening its position in the flavor sector in Africa.WHO: Nicola-J, founded in 1997, is engaged in the development, production, and marketing of sweet and savory flavors, colorants, essential oils, and botanical extracts for the food and beverage industry. The company operates in South Africa, and also serves customers in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Botswana, Kenya, and more. The company employs 71 people. Turpaz Industries is an international company that develops, manufactures, and markets flavors, fragrances, and specialty fine ingredients, with a focus on natural, innovative, and high value-added products for the food, beverage, perfumery, and personal care industries.
