Marcella worked at Nordstrom in multiple beauty leadership roles on the store side before moving to corporate and successfully operating as a Buyer, National Beauty Director, and Retail Director. Prior to joining Pattern, Marcella was at Amazon for nearly 3 years as the Head of Marketplace Account Management for Premium Beauty. With the blended retail and marketplace leadership experience, Marcella brings over 20 years of knowledge and insights to the Pattern team.
