Ingredient launches show no signs of slowing down as the industry races to create the next big hit. The most recent iteration of in-cosmetics Global welcomed close to 12,400 visitors and 1,000 exhibitors (a 14.8% increase in visitor numbers and 13.1% increase in exhibitors from 2023) at the Porte de Versailles Expo to dig in further into the newest ingredient launches and innovations. Events enterprise RX and analytics provider RELX acted as head sponsors with KSM-66 Ashwagandha providing additional sponsorship. Other present companies included Symrise, Lubrizol, Clariant, Evonik, BASF, and Ashland.Based around the pillars of sustainability, innovation, and science, the event had seven conference theaters for live events with specialists from Mintel, Kline, dsm-firmenich, and Mibelle Biochemistry to name a few. Subject matter ranged from the beauty buying power of Gen Alpha to pyschodermatology.“This year's event was a resounding success.
