For many, fall is a season filled with melancholy as the hotter months fade. But the sorrow of waving summer goodbye can soon be turned into the bliss of enjoying a crackling fire, the air filled with the scent of the season—pumpkin spice. For some, the smell conjures up thoughts of warm caffeinated drinks; for others, candles and cozy blankets. In recent years, pumpkin spice's place among seasonal-themed products has been questioned. However, according to Spate, there is an average of 613.8K monthly searches for pumpkin spice products, with those figures expected to grow in the following weeks, indicating that consumers still have the urge for the traditional autumnal twist on product offerings. As the period for crunchy leaves and all things orange-toned approaches, here are this year's top pumpkin products, selected by BeautyMatter.

Carter + Jane: Love, Pumpkin Ultimate Collection ($98) is a body care range created to bring comfort to bathing rituals this fall. The Everything Oil Body Love, Pumpkin is said to replace the need for body moisturizers, serums, and cellulite creams, all while providing strong aromas of pumpkin and cinnamon. As an added bonus, the product is suitable for use on both the face and hair. Oil Butter Love, Pumpkin is infused with vitamin butters and soothing organic oils, said to give instant 24-hour hydration and glow to any skin type. The Everything Mist Love, Pumpkin is a classic spritz of pumpkin that provides an aromatherapy boost whenever needed. The Everything Soap Love, Pumpkin is designed not to strip the skin's natural microbiome while protecting it from pathogens and everyday germs. The collection is vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and cold-pressed, and is now available from Carterandjane.com.

Too Faced: This fall sees two new season-themed product offerings from Too Faced. Pumpkin Spice Second Slice Eyeshadow Palette ($54) consists of 18 pumpkin-inspired fall tones. With a creamy texture, the highly pigmented tonal shades are presented in the palette as nine matte shades, four metallics, two satin, and three shimmers. To top it off, each shade is scented to smell like fresh-out-of-the-oven pumpkin pie, adding a sensory experience to the everyday makeup routine. In addition, Melted Matte Pumpkin Spice Latte ($26) is a limited-edition lip product that applies like a gloss and dries into an ultra-matte opaque finish. Of course, scented with pumpkin spice, the product is infused with avocado oil and vitamin E for optimal hydration. Both products are available now from Toofaced.com and Sephora.com.

Glasshouse Fragrances: The scent brand has released two new candles to bring warmth to the colder nights of fall. In Season ($55) is a nutty roasted brew with top notes of orange and pumpkin, middle notes of nutmeg and cinnamon, and base notes of caramelized sugar. The candle perfectly encapsulates the toasty comforts of the season. Sweet Enough ($55) is a rich salted caramel scented burn, with top notes of maple syrup and honeyed nuts, as well as middle notes of buttered toffee and base notes of vanilla bean, a sugary twist on classic autumnal aromas. Both products are available now from Glasshousefragrances.com.

Lush: Always on top of seasonally appropriate launches, Lush’s pumpkin-themed range this year takes a Halloween focus. Mr. Pumpkin Face Mask ($12.50) is a limited-edition product that uses the vitamins that pumpkins naturally provide, presented in a pumpkin purée form, with ground pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed butter, designed to lightly exfoliate the skin and leave a naturally radiant glow. Sparkly Pumpkin ($9) is a limited-edition shower slime that lathers to release notes of fresh citrus and spicy juniper berry, leaving dashes of gold glitter on the body once rinsed. Pumpkin Eye Pads ($4) are charcoal and cooling carrageenan eye pads designed to rejuvenate and moisturize the skin, scented to resemble a pumpkin patch. All products are available now from Lush.com.

The Body Shop: Vanilla Pumpkin range is a limited-edition collection with the scent of vanilla extract from Madagascar and shea butter from Ghana. Vanilla Pumpkin Whipped Body Butter ($22) is a lightly textured cream that melts into butter once applied, leaving the skin to feel softer, smoother, and nourished with 72 hours of moisture. Vanilla Pumpkin Shower Cream ($10) produces a pumpkin-fragranced lather, creating fall-scented bubbles and leaving the skin deeply moisturized. Vanilla Pumpkin Hand Cream ($8) leaves skin feeling protected and hydrated, perfect for a pumpkin top-up on the go. Vanilla Pumpkin Bathbomb ($4) creates an orange-infused bath experience. The collection is available now from thebodyshop.com.

Although fall has only just begun, pumpkin products are undeniably back on the rise. With pumpkin fragrance candles receiving an average of 5.6K searches a month, pumpkin eyeshadow palettes 2.7K average searches a month, and pumpkin spice hair color 2.1K searches a month, it would seem as if all things orange and pumpkin scented will be looming under our noses until the first flower in spring.
