Key Takeaways:

  • CeraVe becomes the NBA’s first skincare and haircare partner.
  • The partnership’s “Care For All” initiative promises to provide skin health education to communities.
  • Through this initiative, fans will see how professional players prioritize skin health and confidence in their routines.

L'Oréal-owned skincare brand CeraVe announced its multiyear partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA), becoming the league’s first-ever skincare and haircare partner. This collaboration highlights a new path for both the league and the brand, uniting sports and self-care both on and off the court.

"This partnership reflects the NBA's commitment to expanding its lifestyle and wellness offerings," said Paolo Pastore, Vice President of Global Business Development for the NBA.

Building on CeraVe's Head of CeraVe campaign, featuring ten-time NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, this partnership expands the brand's reach through original content across the NBA’s social and digital channels. As a part of this partnership, CeraVe and the NBA will launch integrated campaigns, digital storytelling, and on-site activations at marquee league events such as the NBA All-Star, the NBA Summer League, and the NBA Cup. Fans can also expect to see the brand in the NBA’s 2K26, a realistic basketball simulation game that let’s players experience the intensity of the NBA through life-like gameplay.

Skin Health for All

A new community initiative at the heart of the collaboration,“Care For All,” is designed to bring dermatological resources and education to youth across the country. Junior NBA clinics around the country will provide families and youth with skin health education and opportunities such as dermatology screenings, product education, and sampling, furthering CeraVe’s mission to make dermatologist-recommended products available to all.

“Partnering with the NBA allows us to amplify a message we’ve always believed in—that caring for your skin is an essential part of caring for yourself,” said Penelope Giraud, Global Brand President of CeraVe. “Whether you’re a professional athlete or a fan in the stands, everyone deserves access to healthy skin.”

As the NBA’s 2025-2026 season tips off, CeraVe will make appearances at events, games, and grassroot programs and initiatives providing dermatologist-recommended skincare to both athletes and fans.
